This seminar will identify personal qualities and skills of successful business owners and other factors that contribute to the success of small businesses. Participants will develop a better understanding of personal budgeting and its relationship to business planning. Basic concepts such as start-up cost, revenue and operating cost will be explained. This class is for the small business owner or prospective owner.
