Discover the key information on writing a nonprofit organization business plan and an NPO Strategic Plan. Participants will determine the elements of both plans and how planning relates to creating fundable program/services that meet community needs. This is the second session of a four part series. Attendees do not need to attend all four sessions but those that do will receive a series certificate of completion.
