Moderated conversation with 1-2 food truck owners, commissary kitchen managers, and other food truck industry experts will share real world examples of what starting and running a food truck is like and some of the unique challenges that students should be aware of if they pursue this path. This seminar also includes a working session where students identify the key learnings from the course and develop a set of next steps to help them build momentum.
