This session will focus on gaining new customers and deepening engagement for the customers you currently have to support your existing or future food business. The reality is that not all customers are created equal—some rock stars will support you in BIG ways. In this virtual session, Jill Willett will cover five different customer categories that you’ll encounter in your business and a system that will help move people through your customer pipeline resulting in higher revenues and an easier sales process. Leave with bonus resources that will help you identify who your customer is and content ideas that can be used on all marketing channels. This session is 90-minutes and will be “workshop-y” in nature, so come ready to participate and work on growing your food business or further developing your idea.
