Kenny Colbert is the President & CEO of The Employers Association, a trusted resource to meet the comprehensive human resource and training needs for 900+ organizations in the greater Charlotte area. Kenny leads strategic planning activities for the organization and continues to practice human resources, primarily in the areas of regulatory compliance and human resources training.
Kenny has been with The Employers Association since 1994. Previously he spent 20 years in human resources with major textile and food companies. He holds a Business Administration degree from UNC Chapel Hill and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
