Strategies for Effective Supervision This seminar is strongly recommended for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to improve the effectiveness of their supervisors. Many supervisors are promoted into a management position from the production floor without any supervisory training. Just the fact that you are a great production worker does not automatically mean that you will be an effective supervisor. This seminar will provide supervisors with the basic techniques for effective supervision. You will learn the basic principles of managing employees in a way that will allow you to earn their respect and cooperation. You will learn how to communicate effectively with employees and with management, how to develop your listening skills in order to find the true cause of a problem and how to resolve conflicts between employees under your supervision.
