The Art of Preparing Vegetables the Native American Way (In Person)

This instructional seminar will teach about business basics and the art of preparing vegetables and marketing for your potential business startup. Chefs James Ingram and Jordan Oxendine from Robeson Community College culinary department will make cucumber tomato salad and quinoa corn salad for you to sample. Registration is advised.
